STATUS: Complete

This project includes a wood frame, 4-story, multi-family, 100 unit apartment building with common support spaces and a 47,434 sf, 4-story, attached precast concrete parking garage. Site improvements include demolition of existing buildings, fences, pavement, abandoned utilities, etc. The project was designed to fit within the immediate context of the area. Existing community art was salvaged to utilize on the site in the courtyard space and sprinkled in other various areas of the complex creating a vibrant and energetic living space.
