These luxury condominiums, located at Woodland and 8th Avenue South on the edge of Historic Edgefield, feature an unobstructed view of downtown Nashville and the Coliseum. KSA worked with numerous community groups and public agencies to develop a plan which satisfied their varied concerns. The building was sited close to the street to help frame an urban park and to add to the streetscape. The massing and architectural style of the condominiums complements, rather than mimics, the Victorian style of the other buildings adjacent to the park.
