Meet Bob, one of the original founding fathers and the other half behind Kline Swinney Associates. In 1986, he joined forces with David Kline to establish the remarkable company, KSA. This partnership allowed Bob to broaden his portfolio of expertise, encompassing government, industrial, educational, retail, and multi-family housing projects. With an easygoing personality, Bob has earned a reputation as the perfect problem solver for projects of all sizes. Beyond his professional achievements, Bob takes pride in being an alumnus of The University of Tennessee-Knoxville, where he passionately cheers on the Big Orange, win or lose. Additionally, he serves as our grammar guru here at the office.
