Creating 3-D models . . . allows me to see what the building will look like beforehand and I take pride in making a top quality model for the client and the firm.

Hello, I’m Patrick Morgan, Cad Production Tech and 3-D modeler at Kline Swinney Associates. I graduated Valedictorian of Whites Creek High School and earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Sciences: Architectural Sciences from Western Kentucky University in 2013.

I joined Kline Swinney Associates in 2013. My tasks mainly include CAD production drawings, assisting in composing project proposals, helping Ms. Elaine with organizing those never ending digital files, and creating 3-D models for new projects. Creating 3-D models using "SketchUp" is probably my favorite task at the office. It allows me to see what the building will look like beforehand and I take pride in making a top quality model for the client and the firm.

I also enjoy going out in the field with one of the Partners or an associate. There I get to learn about our projects that we have going on, as well as gaining more knowledge of architecture in general and how a building is constructed.

As a child I found a love for basketball. I have played competitively most of my life — from the YMCA league, to middle school, and high school. While at Western Kentucky University I became a practice player on the team. Currently, during fall and winter I coach and train middle school players at St. Bernard Academy and in the spring and summer months I coach AAU basketball for Team Brandan Wright. I also train several college and professional players during the off season. Besides basketball I also have a passion for fashion and fast cars, both old and new.
